Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your Korico sunglasses. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days.

14-day returns

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. No reason needed.
  • After we confirm your request, please send the items back within 14 days.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original case and packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@korico.store or use our Contact page with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them back. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Pair orders: if you return one pair from a 2-pair order, the refund is the amount you paid for that pair after the pair price. If you return both pairs, you get a full refund of the order.

Return shipping

  • Damaged, defective or wrong item? Return shipping is on us, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
  • Changed your mind? Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges

  • Want a different style or colour? Request an exchange within 14 days and we'll send the new pair once we receive the original.
  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are paid by the customer.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
