Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
Delivery times
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 6–10 business days
- Australia: 4–9 business days
- Gulf countries: 7–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak seasons. The full list of countries we ship to is shown at checkout.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to.
Duties & taxes included
All prices include import duties and taxes. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, email us at support@korico.store and we'll look into it right away.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has shipped, our Refund policy applies.
