1. Overview

This website (korico.co) is operated by Korico International ("Korico", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Online store

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

3. Products and prices

  • We do our best to show product colours and details accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • Promotions such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free apply only while they are active and as described on the site.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, there is an error in price or product information, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

7. Reviews and content

Reviews on our site come from real Korico customers. If you submit a review, photo or comment, you allow us to display it on our website and social media.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Korico name, logo, photos and text, belongs to Korico and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Korico is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
