1. When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 5–10 business days to the US and Canada, 6–10 to the UK and Europe, 4–9 to Australia and 7–12 to the Gulf. Shipping is free on all orders, and duties & taxes are included. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping policy.

2. How do I make a purchase?

3. What are my payment options?

We currently offer online card payment as an option. 

4. Are the sunglasses UV protected?

Yes, all of our sunglasses are UV400 protected, providing you with maximum protection against harmful UV rays.

5. How do I find my order number?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your order number. Please check your email inbox for this information.

6. How do I track the status of my order?

After confirming your order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order. Additionally, you can contact us anytime on our Instagram page for further assistance.

7. I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us  immediately within 6 hours of ordering we cannot extend this due to automatic process ,Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes
